Important things to know!!
 
There is a slight detour along the way - just follow the signs for 'thru' traffic.  You will stay to the left.  - (they have built a new bridge over the Westfield River a few hundred feet to the left of the old one). 
 
PARKING: There is plenty of parking just before and just after the Woodward Building.  Just look for the gymnastics event parking signs.  You are more than welcome to drop your gymnast off at the Woodward Center door but then please proceed to park you car at one of the forementioned parking lots.  Illegally parked cars will be towed.  Any cars parked across the street in Stanley Park will also be towed. 
 
There is absolutely no food or drinks allowed in the gymnasium.  All food and beverages must be consumed in the lobby. 
 
There will be a photographer at the competition.
 
Local area restraunts that you will pass along the way if coming from the MA pike.  Several Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Wendy's, Friendly's, Westwood Bar and Grill (excellent sit down meals including hamburgers,grinders to steak and seafood), Pasqualies (Italian and pizza).
